2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pg369. 3.1 To register and maintain an Account on pg369, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment method used for the original deposit, net of any winnings derived from underage play.
3.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pg369 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotions unless otherwise explicitly permitted in writing by pg369.
4.1 Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. pg369 uses technical and manual review processes to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.
4.2 During registration you are required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must also create a unique username and a secure password.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pg369 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. pg369 applies a KYC verification process prior to approving any withdrawal request and may also request verification at Account opening or at any subsequent point. Accepted identity documents include:
pg369 may additionally request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Indonesia) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.5 pg369 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC. No interest is payable on funds held during a verification review.
4.6 You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any funds within it to any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
All deposits to your pg369 Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. pg369 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. pg369 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.2 Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. Processing times are as follows:
5.4 pg369 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced verification review.
5.5 Funds may not be withdrawn if a deposit-only account has never placed a qualifying bet. pg369 may apply a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposited amount before a withdrawal is approved on a first-time deposit.
Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pg369 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment-provider level is outside pg369's control and responsibility.

12.1 Termination by Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting pg369 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
12.2 Termination by pg369: pg369 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where:
